Eligibility Criteria for AIBE 21

  • Candidates should verify that they meet the eligibility criteria before applying.
  • Educational certificate: They must have either completed three years LLB or five years integrated LLB from a university recognised by the BCI.
  • Minimum marks:  The required minimum mark for General/OBC candidates is 45% in the LLB, and for SC/ST candidates it is 40%.
  • Age restriction: There are no age restrictions to take the AIBE.
